Exchange and Refund Policy     

14- DAY LIMIT: Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.

Condition: Items must be UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, and in original packaging.

Exclusions: Due to hygiene and custom rules, earrings and custom carvings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Online Returns: Customers must pay to Courier items back using a tracked service.
